Bleak....

You can just about see the mast at Holme Moss - covered with a snow shower. Cold, windy & snowy this morning but a bit brighter this aft - even got towels whizzing around in the wind on the washing line just now! 

Made a key lime pie for my nephew for his Xmas dinner, mum was the taster as I don't like it very much. Ginger biscuit base, condensed milk (How sickly is that?!), double cream, lots of lemon and lime zest + the juice of 4 limes & 2 lemons before my mum thought it tasted quite nice.

Extra creamy stuff left over for Sam (nephew) to enjoy before Christmas Day...he's delighted :)
