All quiet on the streets of Windermere. Just the traffic warden in the photo.

I decided to leave the car at home and had a bus ride there. I only wanted a few light items and thought car parks might be busy earlier than usual.

Not such a good idea because I missed the bus back by a few minutes and it cost me £4.50 to enjoy the warmth of a cafe while I waited for the next one.

Another dull damp day. Windy too.
