Saturday Night at The Movies

I’d signed up to an extra shift at Save the Children this morning, so I reluctantly dragged myself out of bed. It was unexpectedly quiet in the shop, I suspect that was down to the cold wind and heavy rain. Another brief visit to the supermarket before I headed home for an afternoon by the fire. I stopped off on the way back at my friend Carole’s to wish her a happy 60th birthday.
It’s also me and Mr P’s anniversary today (our first date was 21 December ‘86) so I booked this concert at the Usher Hall for us. It was excellent!
