Take out just doesnt cut it. I was craving something fast, easy, and delish. Result = blow your brains out hot yet oh so delicious Thai curry shrimp over rice noodles ;)

It's been four months today since my friend Kenny passed away. I think about him daily still, but it's gotten easier. I miss him so very much still...I don't think that will ever stop.
