The Rainbow Bridge

We went walking in Kings Park this morning with a wonderful group called the Front Runners.  We did the 3km route from the Zamia Cafe.  The walk takes us over the Rainbow Bridge that crosses the main road from Kings Park to the The Children’s Hospital.  The bridge is literally a work of art and the colours are extreme.  It’s a great experience, particularly when a kookaburra starts laughing at you from the sound system built into the side walls.  We always end up back at the cafe and with over a 100 people walking there’s usually a big queue at the take away window but that’s a chance to chat to some of the other participants.
