Magical Mystery Tour

Back to misty, rainy, wetness this morning. V is off to London this morning to meet up with old friends, so I dropped her off at Dover Priory station at eight. Apparently, this will be the busiest day for pre-Christmas travel, so the Port of Dover stormtroopers are out in force, closing off roads with wild abandon… getting home again proved interesting. FFS.

Milo’s working this morning, and then he’s going Christmas shopping in London with Liv. Gubs has a driving lesson, and I’m pretty sure Monty is heading off somewhere, too. I found myself at a loose end in the morning, between lifts, so I dug out a macro lens and turned my attention to our tree. Close-up, the glittery, reflective decorations and lights create a magical landscape that is fascinating to explore.
