The -next- start?

In part I think it was the -wrong- thought that Aaron might not want to do our Christmas shopping trip anymore, and in part because Owen's old enough to at least pretend to choose presents for Louisa now. So, at the end of his last day at school before Christmas we headed over to the retail park...... 

There was a bit of "I'm tired", plenty of distractions, a couple of questionable present choices, and some basket abandonment. But, he did so well after a long week and actually chose most things himself.

As with Aaron, part of this shopping spree is getting food while we're out. Unsurprisingly, Owen's choice was McDonald's for a chicken nugget Happy Meal and drawing a picture of The Grinch as Father Christmas with his sleigh.
