Looking Up

Monday's aren't my favourite day at the moment, work could be more something.

Quite an interesting start though, learning about my Myers-Briggs 'personality type' which in theory should help me to develop, work effectively with my colleagues and understand the people I manage better.
I'm generally fairly sceptical about that kind of lark, but I will admit the results were me to a T - now I just have to work out how to apply it all ....
