Stressed out??

So sorry to see in the news of the madman running people over in the German Outdoor Market. My heart aches for those families ..


I did some shopping for some necessities today..didn't buy that container of milk though...


Mid day I had my last Qigong class for 2024 with Hajimi. Nice to be able to exercise and meditate at the same time..
