Hot Competition

As Bom explained in a previous blip, five of us ladies compete against each other in our ‘Christmas Craft Challenge’. This year’s challenge was to create a seasonal table centrepiece from mostly foraged material. We were provided with a base board, and a plastic freezer container in which stood a block of wet ‘oasis’.

We live in 3 different counties, so photos of our ‘masterpieces’ are sent anonymously to another friend for judging.

The result will be announced tomorrow. Whoever wins sets the challenge for the following Christmas.

Here is my effort. I’m keeping it cool and watered and hope it will last long enough to grace our dining table on Christmas Day.
