Sparkle

A relaxed day starting with yoga taught by a teacher who is just back from India.  She had lots of good ideas about poses.  A Christmas coffee with friends was in order after our hard work, although I don't know about Pret a Manger arriving in Bruntsfield-in fact I do know....
A visit to the dentist next-all good.
I love gardening in the winter so attended to the front garden with more pruning, but not too much tidying.  I move leaves on the flower beds for a mulch and for worms to draw down, and try to leave flower heads for insects to shelter in through the winter.
Am now enjoying doing work admin. and listening to my favourites play list-its great to be on holiday.
