Confused Sky

Every possible shade in the clouds tonight as I left for home. I stopped just outside Daventry where I have been meaning to stop and take a look for many months. The group of trees normally flash past through a gap in the roadside hedge on the right, but even seen quickly are quite fascinating but needed something to highlight them against the sky. Not quite sure this does it. Not the best camera anyhow.

Having taken this I drove towards the storm cloud on the left arriving home just as the heavens opened. The thunderstorm lasted over an hour, but, much of the time was spent in brilliant sunshine while it poured with rain, lightening flashing all around and constant rumbles of thunder. They sky is very confused indeed.
