Neil Munro 1863-1930

A Scottish jounalist and author is probably best known for his humorous stories of Para Handy captain of the puffer Vital Spark and Erchie MacPherson a Glaswegian of Highland descent, both stories first published in Glasgow newspaper before coming out in book form.
