Night by the Dighty

Well, it was dark but not really night.
I think today was the last of my really busy days and it was certainly one of those.
About 7 hours of it was spent preparing for, helping cook, serving, eating and clearing up after the Cafe Christmas dinner.
Everybody came, no major disasters and enough food left for the staff to have dinner, too.
By the time I got home it was dark but I sorted the recycling straight into the bins, put on the tea towels and pinnies to wash and then went for a walk by the ponds.
I tried night photography with the phone, not very successful, though you can see the Plough in one and my headtorch gave some ghostly trees.
I've had some admin to do this evening but haven't been too busy with it.
