Crispy Fish with Minted Mushy Peas

It tasted better than it looks. I followed a recipe from a book called '10 minutes to table'. It took me a lot longer than that and the washing up took about 15 minutes. This type of recipe is a new experience for me. I have a lot to learn about cooking, but I enjoyed doing it and it tasted good so I think I'll try more often.
