Still in cloud

Our last morning was frosty and sunny and I had hoped the clouds would lift to reveal Skiddaw which didn’t happen.
An insightful final session linking movement, breathing and singing. Fully relaxed and feeling almost weightless I was delighted with what I could achieve vocally.
