Defensive Driving

It's bad enough that the roads are narrow and the hedges high here in Cornwall without delivery drivers choking the roads.

A training day today, "Defensive Driving" as the title says. Basically it was a day spent driving on all types of roads in a thirty-six foot long coach giving a running commentary about what was going on around you, this included all warning and information signs and road markings.

I found it really good and learnt a lot!

After yesterday's golf I was as stiff as a board this morning, hobbling to the shower like an old man. I loosened up as the day went on but I'm obviously not as fit as I thought I was.
