lorries on the beach

An annual winter sight, the lorries appear at this time of year to move pebbles from one end of the beach back to the other. They look like something out of a movie as they slowly grind across the pebbles, low sun behind. Great day, very cheered by sunshine. Out for bread and saw the dawn over the footbridge; nice walk with bright foamy waves and these lorries. Home for more present wrapping and malt loaf..
