Wheels

Home today, but as we'd been staying at the campsite adjoining Whitwell Station, I took the opportunity to prowl around the yard before we left. Whitwell Station is gradually building itself up as a railway museum - it has very little track (the old trackbed is now the long distance walking & cycle route, the Marriott's Way) but has an assembly of engines and equipment in various states of repair. I quite liked the way the morning sun was catching this set of wheels, plus the diesel shunter (originally built for Ransomes of Ipswich) behind.
