National Trust visit

Took a trip to Polesdon Lacey today, a National Trust home in Surrey.  The theme for their Christmas decorations this year is a masquerade ball.  First time in ages we’ve had to queue to get into a house.  Dark inside but this showed off all the Christmas trees and pretty decorations.  

Dry day with beautiful blue sky but a cold winter chill, needing to wrap up warm.

This afternoon we’ve watched Prince Caspian (watched The Lion, Witch and the Wardrobe on Monday afternoon), plan to watch The Voyage of the Dawn Treader.

This evening out to dinner with our friend to pass on Christmas gifts.
