Under The Bridge

...that I (and many thousands) commute over, I spotted something interesting. I went to check it out and it was, .....very interesting. While on my way to get a snap, I saw these guys and they seem to be bringing something to add to it.

I think I'll go and have a chat with them soon and get a better shot of the thing.
