Green

My daughter took a few more Christmas decorations from my attic to put on the entry table. The snow babies are some of my favorites but I like the little nutcracker by the GREEN Christmas tree too. So, for Wide Wednesday I am highlighting the GREEN Christmas tree. Thanks, StevenG, for hosting today.

Ellie's mother got very upset because she was not getting what she wanted for Christmas. We were planning on giving her what she needed, 6-month payment for car insurance from me and new tires/license plate tags for her car. She needs all these things more than a new pair of $120 sneakers and a gym membership. The last straw for her was that her father would not give her $50 for something she wanted today and he told her, "No more money for anything". That is a big deal since he always gave in when she threatened to take Ellie away. Of course, she lives at home or stays with whichever guy she is with at the moment so she has no place to take Ellie...but she has the "right" to take her away because my son never got guardianship.
