Year of the Cat

Not a great day. Not sure if it was something I ate yesterday, or lack of hydration after my run, Or one too many glasses (can't take it like I used to according to Mrs SwRo) But aching and tired this morning. So stayed in bed until 4pm. Hopefully, it will pass, because I have a big race on Thursday.
