Luxury and ruin

Yesterday's blip - I battled to upload my photo, and when I eventually did, my internet crashed!!
I fetched my photobook ( I am very pleased with it) and this scene was opposite the building. I liked the luxury apartments looking down on what was probably once a building but is now in ruins. On the mural someone has painted "This is Port Elizabeth", which sadly can be said of many of the areas that are crumbling in our beautiful city.
