Noble Dendrobium

This plant was given to my daughter by a friend who couldn’t look after it as she says she isn’t good with plants. It is a kind of orchid and it was dropped off outside the front door in cold weather. It seems to have suffered by losing leaves and flowers. We aren’t sure it will survive.
