We made it…!

These last weeks have been full and although there’ve been plenty of good things, we hadn’t ‘done the lights.’ Tonight we combined enjoying them with a meet with Matthew, so doubly good.

Covent Garden is always a favourite. We’d just missed the musicians this evening and couldn’t wait for the next quartet, but just standing and looking down into this area is wonderful. Later we made it even better with a glass of mulled wine.

I know Iris loved hearing about our London trips and in her time had done several of her own. In the last years, she had to just hear about them, no longer able to join in.
