Immersion or Swimming in Colour

I was looking for an uplifting riot of colour and we certainly found it today at the David Hockney exhibition at the Aviva Studios in Manchester.  The exhibition is called Bigger and Closer (not Smaller and Further Away) and is held in the North Warehouse, a huge space filled with colour on every wall as Hockney tells the story of his painting and photographic work in such an engaging and magical way.
