Gym blob

In an attempt at keeping bits of me working that are threatening to seize up or stop I've been going to the gym a couple of times a week with Kate.

I like it when it's completely empty like this with no one to witness the huffing and puffing.  I've been listening to audio books.

There are very good rates at LVC for people my age!
