A meeting with a stranger

Went to Helsinki to take part in the When you are a stranger, a photography project on Blip.

In the very centre of Helsinki, I spotted this man, who had his backpack and shoes on the street, with a big sign "Free hugs". I went straight to him and hugged him. How strangely natural it was! We had a chat; he told me he was from Italy and that he'd been travelling around the world for more than a year. Now he came to Finland just for a couple of nights. Last night he slept in the park. Might be that he sleeps next night at a friends house.

He also played beautifully the flute.
