More shoveling today.
Don't know where the day has gone. I walked to the groceries store over the ridge as the roads were still very much blocked from the snow. It usually takes me about 10 minutes one way, but now it took 25 minutes! I was knee deep in the snow and it felt never ending. It got easier after the ridge, but the roads were still waiting to be plowed.
I took the stitches (sutures) off yesterday and it went well. It was other kind that I had removed before, so I needed to think for a minute on how to do it. My husband didn't feel a thing. Last time it was the doctor who took them off and he said it was very similar experience for him. Except he didn't have to go anywhere to get it done. Last time when I took off stitches they were each their own suture, Now it was continuing Ford suture. But as there's still one layer of melting sutures inside, the wound was nicely shut.
I put out some turnips for the hares. I read that I could also give them potatoes and beets. So their buffet also got some variety now.
