Restoration Project

For someone.

It was Monday and those are always fantastic.  Where it seems there is a spelling mistake and it should read "Absolute sh**".

Too much time on the phone.  Way too much.

My "favourite" part of the day - we have a system that logs errors, and for every error, you should open a ticket - because documenting things twice means you're not just being an admin assistant, you're providing valuable feedback to people that have no idea what you've done.

You know what that smell is?  It's grumpiness mixed with management sh**.

Next week should be better - Managers (always) have holidays and it might just be possible to get some actual work done.
