Preparation

We've had men in to replace some conservatory windows and a heating engineer in (out) to get water out of the oil tank - not a good idea to have water in an oil tank! Gordon seems to have been making lots of phone calls and sorting stuff out. 

So I took myself up to my room and made a book. This is preparation for next year's 52 Challenge. It seems to be based on words so, rather than the piece of fabric in a hoop which seems to be how it is suggested we do it, I think if it is words then it has to be a book. I have made the book like the one in which I did the stitches only a bit bigger. 

Some card I found, some wallpaper from way back, some thread, a bit of folding and stitching and . . . I have a book. I'm ready!!
