Sunday Shift

Worked on composing the Executive Circles (peer advisory boards) that will operate in the next AMP course. There are thirty-five participants and eleven criteria I use to make the circles, which meet on line, as diverse and manageable as possible from career stage through gender, time zone and subject matter of the challenge they will bring. Oh, and their requests to be with or avoid other participants…I try to accommodate the former as much as possible and have to completely respect the latter. It’s a convoluted business…sudoku triple plus!
