I closed the lounge door . . . and returned about five minutes later - to find that the door just wouldn't open!

Apparently, what seems to have happened is that a spring/clip inside the lock has snapped or has broken - and the only way to open the door is to sacrifice the door or to seriously damage the door frame - OUCH!

OR - perhaps there is a DIY Blipper with a better idea? In the mean time I have been unable to get into my lounge for TWO days while I wait for a "man" who has promised to come today?
