We are well across the Great Australian Bight now and sea continues to be calm. I snapped a few of the Christmas decorations around the ship. Luckily no piped Jingle Bells!
We just had a fascinating lecture on First Nations’ Dreamlines. How people with no written language can remember 60,000 years of history, and their way around a country as big as Australia, through songs handed down from one generation to the next.
