Bright Spot

It's been raining/sleeting/snowing in a sort of desultory way since about 8:30 this morning. Grey all day - no actual snow on the ground, just bleak. So this male northern cardinal was a welcome spot of cheer - and even better, he sat there long enough for me to get a decent shot of him.
