3rd Sunday of Advent

How can it be ... already? 
I have a couple of days to catch up with my candle so we lit it at breakfast this morning. I can recommend breakfast by candlight! With these short winter daylight hours a candle is welcome at any time of day! It was nice that the sun did shine this morning for a while and the sun did get free of cloud to produce a lovely sunset. 
We had a wonderful lunch nearby with family and met the youngest great niece... who will be one on Christmas day. She was perfectly behaved and smiley throughout.. dream child!
