Mah Jong tiles

I’ve been given a set of tiles;- a full complement and beautiful. My only concern is that I’m not sure which of the sets of tiles above are flowers and seasons? My research tells me the bottom 4 numbered in red are seasons and the blue numbers are flowers ? Can anyone confirm?
