My Toy

Recently I haven't done any real turning. Family has had to come first....and when they weren't, it has been too cold.
Today I determined to do something on the lathe - however it was not the best day. The machine decided to stop working half way through. After just about dismantling it and cleaning it out....checking the power cable, the internal fuse, the plug fuse........I found that the circuit breaker had tripped for some reason but the button had not jumped out for some reason.
All it took in the end was to push the darn button and it was sorted.
I anded up with a couple of small dishes but one of te pots I was making came adrift and it was time to duck and wait until the bagatel game the bit of wood was playing aroud the garage finished.

It was at this point I gave up for the day.
Sometimes things just conpire against you.
