No fire in the hole.

A stormy day, yet again. Strong winds and rain caused a landslide on the Sea to Sky closing the only highway between Vancouver and Whistler.
The weather being as it was, there was no way I was going outside to BBQ burgers so I tried this indoor griddle for the first time.
There's a reason why BBQ's give such a nice finish to burgers, flame.
This griddle doesn't have any.

Ah well...
