Lower Chronic Pain Day

A very brief, late Blip…

Thanks for all your lovely comments and my apologies for being so behind with Blip.

I have had a lower pain day and got some steps in running errands. A chilly day here, a cold wind. 

Made Tomato, Mozzarella and Pesto Rigatoni pasta bake for dinner this evening (today’s Blip pic).

I was absolutely delighted that Chris and Dianne won Strictly Come Dancing this evening, what an inspiration! 

For those who don’t know, Chris is blind, a wonderful comedian and a disability activist. 

I was crying tears of joy when they lifted the glitterball trophy, I was a champion dancer as a child. I have always loved dance. Joint Hypermobility Syndrome has its positives :)

Dianne is such a wonderful dancer and choreographer. A brilliant dance teacher.
