Vegetable Broth...

As we call it in Ireland..We start off with dried lentils, peas and barley, then add fresh vegetables, carrots, leek, parsnips, potatoes and celery...Everyone has their own take on it, but I go with my Mum's recipe...Some add chicken etc, but we're vegetarian..Often srerved as a starter on Christmas day..Hope that everyone's Christmas plans are going well..
