after the rains came...

it always amazes me - how water droplets remain balanced just so - on leaves and flowers and grass - looking as though they will roll off - but no, they don't - they remain gently balanced - fooling you - like marbles - rounded little gems you want to catch in your hands - one after another - with simple reflections in their globes of wonder - it's difficult not to get mesmerized in them - transported to another time and place - it makes me love the rain - welcome it - for i know the beauty, grace, delight it brings - new discoveries i will find in the water left behind - making for...
