And relax!!

Another working week (at the day job done), nearly done for Xmas now!

Baking has been full steam ahead and the freezer we cleared and defrosted last week is nearly full to the brim of baking orders. The baked get frozen fresh and then defrosted and decorated. Customers get them fresh and I get to be on top of things and organised.

I’m currently ahead of the schedule I had set for myself but I’m keeping on ticking away to hopefully make the next week or so much easier!

Myself and Paul are making sure we chill a little in the evenings and get to bed at a decent ish time! No chest infections this Christmas hopefully!
