A very late night yesterday as I went from babysitting to the care home just after 10pm. The ambulance had arrived not much before me. The paramedic had examined her and thought everything was fine and was glad to ask me if she seemed her normal self…which she did. Dr from 111 wouldn’t make a decision so they had to find a consultant at the hospital to find out if there was any chance they’d be scanning her if they took her in and were told no so the decision was taken to leave her where she was. She then decided she wasn’t ready to go to bed so we had a cuppa and I think it was gone 11.30 before I finally headed home!

L has been for a visit today as it’s her birthday, can’t believe that’s my youngest 27! After shopping this afternoon for a buffet tea we popped in to see Mum for half an hour and she seemed no worse for wear thankfully. Picked the boys up on our way home, the wee man went to his other Grans and MC joined us here for tea. Looking forward to a quiet weekend now!
