Fit For A . . .

Jools and I went to the massive outdoor Aberfoyle Antique Market this afternoon - dozens of ramshackle sheds filled with, er, rubbish, dozens of stalls selling junk. hundreds of bemused, bewildered and bored souls poking about for a bargain.

Jools pondered the ugliness of it all - did our forefathers really like this crap? Or did their kids keep the good stuff, chuck out the crap and laugh at the gullibles who flock to these markets and buy it all?

She liked this baby carriage/ pram. "Perhaps Prince George should be pushed around in one of these," she said. "Imagine all the loyal Brits dashing out to buy one for their little princes and princesses".

The mind boggles . . .
