The Pouch

I bought a few of these leather pouches at a local store for 99 cents each, wondering if they would "take the paint."

It seems like they did, but now I am wondering whether they will fit my original thought.

I saw it as a catch-all for coins and mints, etc., but I think the coins would take off the paint. Perhaps a spray or two of poly-someting would help. We will experiment to find out.

I'm thinking about naming her Cathy, Cathy the coin collector.
