Reflecting back

Today we attended the funeral of a local friend whom we met through dog walking. A small group of us from the park took time out to reflect on our memories of Denise. She was a real character and she will be missed. We always used to have a bit of a do on Christmas Eve or on Christmas morning in the park and Denise was always there with her treats from M&S. They were such good times.

It didn’t feel right to take a photo at the funeral so here you have a close up of a small section of our tree to mark eleven years of blipping, although in reality it’s a fair bit longer. I’ve been here since early 2012 with a few breaks along the way.
