Through the glass

Another cold grey day.  I was off to a water fitness class and this was great fun with lots of Christmas numbers thrown in.  The water was warm and one person was even wearing an elf swimming costume.  I then headed into Exmouth to return an item I had bought a few days ago and then back home for lunch.

An afternoon of sorting out things.  I definitely need to buy a new pair of shoes for the wedding we are attending just before Christmas.  I have looked everywhere in the house twice over and I can't find them.  I think I must have had a clear out a few years ago.  A pity I didn't realise earlier.  I finished off the topping for a carrot cake I am taking to the camera club tonight.  It's a meal and drinks evening so should be fun or rather it was fun as this is being back blipped.

I was wondering what to photograph for today's Abstract Thursday and while making a cup of tea realised that the black tea is transparent.  So we have a wine glass of dilute tea with the colours from a colourful toy visible.  Many thanks to Ingeborg for hosting the challenge for so many years.
