We managed finally to make use of a gift voucher from last Christmas from friends - some 8 days before it was due to expire! Life kept intervening.

It was worth the wait. My wife and I had a delicious meal. From the crusty fresh bread to the warm crunchy churros with coffee via other delights of monkfish and Iberico pork - not to mention fried aubergines with honey - it made for a lovely outing.

We sat underneath this stained glass picture which contrasted with the large movie posters which adorned other walls. Good too to catch up with the staff whom we have known over the years.
